welcome to our Safety Data Sheets

Here you’ll find safety data sheets for all the eco-friendly products we use, so you can feel confident about what’s being used in your home

Products We Use – Safe & Effective Cleaning Solutions

Why SDS Matters:
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are important because they explain exactly what's in each product we use—how to use it safely, what to do in case of an accident, and how it impacts health and the environment. It’s all about transparency, safety, and giving you peace of mind knowing we use professional, eco-conscious products in your space.

Understanding pH in Cleaning Products

The pH level of a cleaning product plays a big role in how effective—and how safe—it is. Products range from highly acidic (pH 1) to highly alkaline (pH 14). While strong acids and bases can clean tough grime, they can also damage surfaces like stone, marble, and granite. That’s why we choose products that fall within the safer pH zone (6.5–11.5)—strong enough to clean, but gentle enough to protect your home and our health.

Vinegar: Hero Or Villain?

Vinegar might seem like a natural go-to, but when it comes to home cleaning, it’s not always your best friend. With a pH around 2.5, vinegar is very acidic—which can damage natural stone like marble and granite, wear down finishes on hardwood floors, and even ruin some appliance components over time.

At Simplify Cleaning Services, we care about protecting your home and its surfaces. That’s why we don’t clean with vinegar. We choose products that are both effective and surface-safe—leaving your home truly clean, without the risk. 💧
