Below are the guidelines we ask our clients to abide by. These guidelines have been put in place in order to provide a safe environment for our employees and set clear expectations with our clients so that we can continue to make your home sparkle for years to come! Please review and sign before your first cleaning and let us know if you have any questions!

Work Hours
Our regular business days are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Messages and calls received outside of these hours, including weekends, will be addressed on the next business day.

For emergency situations, please contact us immediately via email at simplifycleaningservices@gmail.com, using the subject: URGENT! We are here to assist and promptly respond to your urgent needs.

First  Cleaning
Our company values quality and dedication, which is why during the first visit to your home, we perform a deep cleaning. This type of cleaning is especially recommended for residences that have not received a professional cleaning for some time or have not met our standard cleaning checklist. Although it takes longer than regular cleanings, this approach focuses on restoring your home to its best condition and preparing it for future regular maintenance cleanings.

Alarm Systems & Keys
You don't need to be at home while we are cleaning. If you have an alarm, please ensure to provide us with the access code so we can disarm it upon arrival and arm it again when we leave. We'll also need a house key, if necessary, to access your home for cleaning.

We will charge a 100% fee of the scheduled service price if we arrive at your house on the designated cleaning day but are unable to access it to perform the service.

Cancellations
Life happens. At one point or another, one of us may need to reschedule. Our system will send you an email 48 hours before your cleaning date (excluding weekends). This is the best time to reschedule or cancel.

As long as we have 48 hours’ notice, there will be no charge.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service price.

If we arrive with a confirmed appointment and cannot access the home, a lockout fee equal to the full service amount will apply.
Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the cleaning price.

Home Preparation
Your cleaning price is based on our technicians focusing fully on cleaning—not routine housekeeping. Please take a few minutes the night before to pick up items such as toys, clothes, and trash.

Materials You Need to Provide
Please provide:

Paper towels
Garbage bags
Swiffer Duster refills (18 refills required for Deep Cleaning)
All other cleaning materials are provided by Simplify Cleaning Services Inc.

Valuable or Delicate Possessions
Please inform us of any items you prefer we do not touch. The maximum liability for damaged items is $100.

Service Exclusions
We do not provide:

Extreme clutter cleaning
Mold or biohazard cleanup
Lifting items over 25 lbs
Heavy wall scrubbing
High or exterior window cleaning
Animal waste removal
Chandelier cleaning
Air duct cleaning
Dishes, laundry, closets, garages, attics

Team Safety
Our team uses only two-step ladders. Areas beyond safe reach must be discussed in advance.

Pest Infestation Policy
Clients must inform us of any pest history. Services can only be provided 48 hours after professional extermination.

Exposure to undisclosed infestations may result in the client being responsible for 100% of related costs.

Sick Policy
If anyone in the household is sick with a contagious illness, please reschedule. Same-week reschedules are free. Same-day cancellations will incur a lockout fee.

Instagram & Facebook
We may post anonymous photos or videos of cleanings. If you prefer not to have your home featured, please notify us.

Tipping
Tipping is appreciated but not required. Our team works hard and takes pride in their work.

Referral Program
Refer a friend and receive a $100 VISA card after their completed cleaning service.
