Priority Cleaning is an exclusive part of our SimplyFresh program, designed to give you a flexible, personalized cleaning service where you set the priorities and our professional team tackles them within a 2 hour 30 minute timeframe. Do you want the bathrooms and kitchen given extra love? Need us to focus on high-traffic areas or that one room you’ve been too busy to clean? Just let us know your top concerns, and we’ll handle the rest. This is not a one-size-fits-all cleaning – it’s all about what you need most.
Who is Priority Cleaning for?
Personal Invitations (By Invitation Only)
Only clients who have received a direct invitation from US or through an internal referral are eligible.
Invitations are non-transferable and not valid if shared with others.
Special Cases – Seniors or Individuals in Financial Hardship
Limited availability for individuals who truly need cleaning assistance but are currently unable to afford it.
Home Size Requirement
This service is exclusive to homes or apartments up to 1,300 sq ft.
Perfect for small homes, seniors, individuals living alone, or couples in compact spaces.
Priority House Clean Agreement
During this priority clean, client will provide a list of their priorities for our cleaning techs to focus. Our cleaning techs will get as much done from the list as possible in the time allowed. I understand that bathrooms, kitchens and floors take the longest in home and if all of those are on my list, there is a good chance that they will not all be completed. Client agrees that this will not be a complete house cleaning. Client agrees that they are waving our satisfaction guarantee due to time constraints. The priorities that you list below will be the main focus of our cleaning techs the day of your clean. These priorities can only be changed by the person setting up the appointment, and the client agrees to be the party responsible for full payment, communication, upholding this agreement and satisfaction guarantee procedures. Third party involvement is not recognized by Simplify Cleaning Services.
I understand that if I do not provide my own list of priorities, Simplify technicians will start in bathrooms, then kitchen, then floors and will complete whatever time allows.
*Priority cleans do not include the inside of the refrigerator, oven or windows. When scheduling a priority clean, the amount of time that is booked is the amount that will be charged even if the tech or techs finish everything early, however, if you schedule 2:30 hours and end up needing more, we can almost always add on the day of service.
Our Priority Cleaning is not designed for deep cleanings or any extra services such as window cleaning, home organization, laundry, or any tasks listed under our additional services.
Client Agrees that priority cleans are priced as follows:
- Weekly: $129 per cleaning
- Bi-weekly: $139 per cleaning
- Monthly: $149 per cleaning
