How long does it take to receive my reward?+
You earn your free extra cleaning once your referred friend completes their 3rd cleaning with us as a recurring client. As soon as that happens, we apply the reward to your next scheduled cleaning and let you know in advance so you can choose which extra service you want.
Can I refer as many people as I want?+
Yes, there is no limit. Refer as many friends, family members, or neighbors as you would like. You earn one free extra cleaning for each qualifying referral that completes 3 cleanings with us. The more you share, the more you earn.
What if my friend cancels before their 3rd cleaning?+
The reward is earned once the referred client completes their 3rd cleaning, so if they cancel before then the reward is not yet activated. If they return later and complete the 3 cleanings, your reward kicks in. The 50% off discount they received on their first cleaning is theirs to keep regardless.
How does my friend apply the 50% off on their first cleaning?+
Simple. They just need to mention your name when they book. They can call us at (508) 405-5224, text us, or request a quote through our website. We automatically apply 50% off to their first regular cleaning. No code, no hoops.
Does the reward expire?+
Your reward does not expire as long as you remain an active recurring client with Simplify. We keep track of it on our end and apply it whenever you are ready to use it on a future scheduled cleaning. No pressure, no rush.
Can I choose which extra service I want?+
Yes, you pick. Choose from a closet organization, a drawer detail (kitchen or dresser), a pantry reset, or an additional regular cleaning. Just let us know what you would like and we add it to your next scheduled cleaning at no extra cost.
