The Flex House Program is designed for homeowners who want professional, consistent cleaning at a reduced flat rate in exchange for schedule flexibility. Instead of a fixed recurring appointment, your cleaning is scheduled based on our team's availability — we reach out when a slot opens up near you.
This is how we keep our team consistently employed and our service quality high — and how we're able to offer you a flat rate that stays locked in at $125 per cleaning, with up to 3:30 to 4:00 hours per visit.

Bathrooms and kitchen are always completed first. These are the non-negotiable foundations of every Flex cleaning.
Lower-Priority Areas Vary by Visit
If the time window ends before lower-priority areas are reached, that is expected — it's how priority-based service works, not a service failure.
Clear Surfaces Help Us Clean More
The more accessible your space is, the more we can clean. Tidying surfaces, picking up floors, and securing pets before our visit makes a real difference.
Add-Ons Take Time From the Window
Any add-on requests (inside oven, inside fridge, hand-washed baseboards) use part of the same time window — and may reduce what is reached in lower-priority areas.
Communication First
If there's a specific area you want prioritized within the standard order, let us know before the visit so we can plan accordingly.

- Sanitize toilets, tubs, showers, sinks
- Clean kitchen counters, exterior of appliances, sink
- Dust accessible surfaces, furniture, baseboards
- Vacuum carpets and floors, mop hard floors
- Make beds, empty trash, remove cobwebs
Not Included
- Deep cleaning
- Heavy build-up removal
- Inside cabinets or appliances (unless added)
- Organization services
- Anything outside standard maintenance scope

What You're Agreeing To
- The Flex House Program operates based on team availability — you're not locked into a specific day or time.
- Occasional last-minute rescheduling may occur as part of the flexible nature of the program.
- Your flat rate is $125 per visit, with up to 3:30 to 4:00 hours of service.
- Cleaning follows our Priority Policy — bathrooms and kitchen first, then living areas, bedrooms, and additional spaces if time allows.
- Lower-priority areas may not be reached on every visit — this is expected in priority-based service.
- Any feedback or quality concerns can be shared within 24 hours so we can review them with our team.
- Enrollment is valid for 6 months and renewable based on mutual agreement.
